Size up. I'm 5'6, 150 lbs, usually a medium. Ordered the large and it closes over my heaviest sweater with room. The medium would've been tight in the arms for sure. Color is a little more muted than the photos, which I like better. Shipping took about two weeks, tracked the whole way.
