Processing time
We prepare every order within 2 business days of payment. As soon as your parcel leaves our fulfilment partner, we email you a tracking link.
Delivery times
Most orders arrive 7–15 business days after dispatch. These are estimates: customs checks, carrier volumes and public holidays can add a few days.
Shipping costs
Standard tracked shipping is free on every order. Priority handling is available at checkout. You always see the exact delivery cost before you pay.

We deliver worldwide. If you can’t select your country at checkout, email contact@tryroveli.com and we will tell you what we can do.
Tracking, delays and lost parcels
Every order is tracked. If your tracking has not moved for 10 business days, or your parcel arrives damaged, email contact@tryroveli.com with your order number and we will put it right with a replacement or a refund.
Customs and import charges
Depending on your country, your order may be subject to import duties or taxes set by local authorities. Where these apply, they are the responsibility of the recipient.
